DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Wade House’s opening weekend and join us for a day full of animal adventures for the whole family! Meet a variety of resident animals including horses\, sheep\, and chickens. Keep your eyes peeled as you explore the acres of beautiful natural landscapes and you might see more wild critters in the forest\, grass\, and ponds. Learn how to card wool from the sheep and fish in the millpond. Enjoy nature at its finest and learn all about our furry friends. Horse-drawn carriage rides are included with your visit.  Cost: Included with general admission to Wade House. Society members receive free admission. Book Tickets: https://wihist.org/3vDEPdm Know Before You Go: This event will be held rain or shine. Picnic lunches are available for purchase in the Visitor Center. Wagons are not equipped for handicap transportation.
