Names like Tommy Kendall\, Mark Donohue\, Peter Gregg\, Bob Tullius and Wally Dallenbach\, Jr. have all won multiple championships under the Trans Am name. \nSeveral distinct classes take center stage in today’s Trans Am Series as it is positioned to power into the future. Trans Am grids are populated by Mustangs\, Camaros\, Challengers and Corvettes— a massive dose of pure Americana. A Trans Am Series race is 100 miles in length\, and does not require a mandatory pit stop for fueling\, tires or driver changes.  As a sprint\, it is driver versus driver\, and that means its flat out racing from start to finish. Learn more about Trans Am. \nFor 2026\, the Cheese Capital Cup continues its high-horsepower parade into nearby Plymouth featuring race cars from the Trans Am Series. On Friday evening\, June 26\, the parade will roar to life as these powerful machines depart Road America’s Gate 6 at 5:45 PM\, escorted by Plymouth Police Department\, arriving at Stayer Park in nearby Plymouth\, Wisconsin by 6 PM during the Plymouth Cheese Capital Festival. Fans will have an exclusive opportunity to see the cars up close\, meet the drivers\, and soak in the excitement before engines fire up again at 8 PM for the return trip.

A tribute to the 60th anniversary of Trans Am with a special invitational race will also round out the weekend. \nConcours d’ Elegance\nIn addition to the WeatherTech Vintage Weekend with Brian Redman races\, make time to attend the Road America Concours d’ Elegance in downtown Elkhart Lake\, Wisconsin\, on Friday\, July 17\, and Saturday\, July 18\, from 6-8PM. The Friday evening parade and display will feature vintage racecars participating in the WeatherTech Vintage Weekend races. DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 10th Annual Cheese Capital Wine Walk! \n16 downtown Plymouth businesses will be transformed into wine tasting rooms. Tickets are $35 each\, and will be available starting on Saturday\, July 11\, 2026 at our Mill Street Festival booth. You can pay for your tickets with credit card\, cash or check. Your ticket includes a wine tasting glass\, a map to the locations\, and your wristband. \nIf you don’t like wine\, we also have Designated Driver tickets available for $15! This ticket gets you a glass\, map\, the snacks\, and wristband\, just no wine. \nTickets will be available for purchase at our office and online on Tuesday\, July 14\, 2026. *Tickets that are paid for online and over the phone will be brought to the event\, otherwise you’re welcome to pick them up at our office Monday-Friday\, 8 am – 4 pm. You must purchase a ticket in advance for this event and BRING YOUR ID. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD DAY OF EVENT. There are a limited number of tickets available.
